10 Station Road is a new office block located in the heart of Cambridge, designed and constructed with sustainability as a core principle. 

We are working with Powell Dobson and Natural Resources Wales on their mission to decarbonise all of their offices across Wales, starting with the Timber Forestry Commission Office.

This project consists of a mixed-use development in Wimbledon, London. The proposal includes 135 new homes with ground floor retail spaces.

The £7.9 million indoor sports complex, delivered by Speller Metcalfe, has replaced the former sports dome and occupies the same footprint.

We are supporting a major 5-10 year refurbishment to provide new facilities in the historic building meeting changing clinical and patient needs.

The project involves a construction of a new hotel located in Exeter Science Park. The Net Zero Carbon hotel will include 142 bedrooms, restaurant space and bar with private dining, conference facilities and a gym, as well as electric vehicle and electric bike charging points.

Set in the grounds of Warwick Castle, The Merlin Entertainments medieval themed Hotel meets modern standards but keeps to the 1,100 years of Warwick Castle’s authentic history.

The University of Glasgow is set to construct the Keystone Building, a major new learning, teaching, and research facility with the aim of it becoming one of the largest net-zero-carbon University buildings in the UK.

SCS's work on the HMP Guys Marsh project extends to both the development of the new T60 houseblock (houseblock 1) and accompanying workshop located within an active Category C prison in Dorset.

Sustainable Construction Services played a crucial role in the Department of Biological Science project at the University of Bristol, working with the team for over five years to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating for the new building.

SCS's work on HMP Maidstone included supporting the successful delivery of a new sports hall located within an operational category C prison.
