The program offers a glimpse into various aspects of your career, including technical reviews, liaising with clients, attending meetings and learning the construction process.
Each role comes with a customised development plan that outlines approximate timelines for specific milestones and objectives. It’s not a rigid checklist; rather, it serves as a guide for your growth. You can collaborate with your line manager and mentor to make the most of it.
We recognise that everyone’s strengths and weaknesses differ. Therefore, your training will be individualised to help you reach your full potential. Expect both rewards and satisfaction as you progress.
As a graduate, you’ll have both a line manager and a mentor assigned to you. Ideally, these roles will be separate individuals, but occasionally, the same person may fill both positions. Our overarching goal is to support you throughout your career journey.
Starting in your career we offer a 6-month and an annual pay review in your first year to match your accelerated learning rate. That way we can reward your growth as you get to grips with a new industry.
