Alconbury Weald Church Academy project compromise the construction of a new SEND School and a Secondary School in Huntingdon. The proposal also includes the construction of a new Sports and Performing Arts Centre.
SCS were appointed by Morgan Sindall as the Sustainable consultant. The project is aiming for BREEAM Excellent and SCS are providing the following services in order to assist the design team and Client to achieve this:
- BREEAM Assessor and BREEAM AP during design and construction stages.
- Life Cycle Assessment
- Life cycle Costing
