This project consisted in a new storage unit in Weston Super Mare. This development has a number of highly sustainable features within the design that contributes to the overall performance of the building. These include, highly sustainable and certified building materials, low water use fittings and excellent on site management to keep waste produced to a minimum.
All these factors resulted in the development successfully achieving BREEAM Excellent rating.
