The project involves a new water park for Chessington World of Adventures Resort.
The expansion to the current resort includes wave pool, spa, infinity pools and water slides.
SCS were appointed at early stages in the project up to planning stage.
SCS acted as BREEAM Assessor and AP. SCS were also appointed as Carbon Consultant to complete Embodied and Whole Life Carbon calculation for GLA requirements, Life Carbon Assessment and Life Cycle Costing for BREEAM.
