The T Levels building provides teaching facilities for a range of subjects, including engineering, health and construction to provide opportunities for students who wish to pursue technical careers.
SCS were appointed by Cirencester College as the Sustainable Consultant to join the team at early stages.
We were also appointed by the main contractor, EG Carter to support them during construction as BREEAM AP consultant.
As part of our appointment we delivered the following services:

• Life Cycle Assessments
• Energy Calculation in line with Part L Building Regulations
• Operational Energy Calculation in line with TM54
