This project involves the refurbishment of a Grade II Listed building on Porchester.
The proposal will provide 36 units across six townhouses built in the mid-1800s.
SCS were involved in the project at early stages to provide domestic SAP energy calculations and overheating assessment.
Currently, SCS are appointed by the main contractor, VSB Construction, to keep providing support during construction in regard Part L compliance and completion of the EPC at the end of the project.
