This project consists of a mixed-use development in Wimbledon, London. The proposal includes 135 new homes with ground floor retail spaces.
SCS have provided the following services in the project:
- BREEAM Assessor & AP
- Domestic and non-domestic energy calculations in line with Part L and GLA requirements.
- Domestic thermal comfort study in line with Part O requirements. .
- Domestic heating and cooling loads.
SCS were also instrumental in the development of the approach to overheating compliance.
