A major new hospital development including the construction of three new buildings and refurbishment of an existing building.
One of the new buildings which is part of this development is the Surgical Centre which will provide 112 new single bedroom and support facilities over 3 stories.
SCS have acted as BREEAM Assessor and sustainability advisors on all phases of the project’s development. This role started at the project’s inception and has continued through to practical completion.
Also, SCS acted as Carbon Consultant in the project to optimise construction products with low environmental impact.
