This new build health facility includes primary care, minor procedures, outpatient and many other health services.
SCS were appointment to provide BREEAM Services and Carbon Assessments to deliver BREEAM Excellent.
Some of the sustainable measures implemented in the project to help achieve this BREEAM rating ware:
• High efficiency LED lighting
• Photovoltaic panels to generate electricity and offsite carbon emissions.
• Natural ventilation to reduce energy uses
• Air Source Heat Pumps as heating system.
