This project consisted of a local services and interior design fit-out. The project is London’s Biggest Craft Beer Venue and BrewDog’s biggest ever UK site in the heart of Sidings at Waterloo Station, just minutes from London Southbank. The building serves as two floors of amazing craft beer, a microbrewery, cocktail hideaway, co-working area, private meeting rooms, podcast studios, duckpin bowling and more!

This development has a number of highly sustainable features within the design that contributes to the overall performance of the building. These include, highly sustainable and certified building materials, low water use fittings and excellent on site management to keep waste produced to a minimum.

All these factors resulted in the development successfully achieving a very high BREEAM Very Good rating.

SCS were appointed to provide a wider sustainability services which included:

  • BREEAM Assessor
  • BREEAM AP
  • IMPACT Study
  • Chair of BREEAM focused waste and climate change workshops
