As the appointed BREEAM Consultants, SCS will collaborate with the design team to incorporate strategies that will enable the High Commissioner’s Residence building and staff accommodation in Abuja, Nigeria to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating.
This includes optimising energy efficiency, promoting sustainable materials selection, implementing water-saving measures, minimising environmental impacts, improving indoor air quality, and enhancing occupant well-being. Their guidance will ensure the development meets BREEAM excellent standards and aligns with sustainable construction principles.
