Energy modelling is a broad term covering a range of building physics and internal environment modelling, including operational energy, NABERS, Passivhaus, thermal comfort, daylight performance, Part L compliance and EPCs.

Our modellers play a pivotal role in creating and developing sustainable, efficient and cost-effective buildings. This process enables architects, interior designers and construction companies to make informed decisions by accurately forecasting a building’s energy performance and comfort, pinpointing areas for enhancement.

To harness the full advantages of our simulation, we use state-of-the-art modelling software such as IES-VE, NABERS, Passivhaus and SAP.

We have vast experience modelling a diverse range of new and existing building types alongside current and future weather profiles. Over the years, we have built thousands of dynamic simulations specifically designed to optimise building performance throughout different design stages, focusing on recognising opportunities and mitigating risks.
