The Other House, Belgravia

The Other House Belgravia project involves the transformation of the site of the former Belgravia Police Station on Buckingham Palace Road into a new hotel. The development plan retains the majority of the existing structural frame and basement, but includes some localised demolition of the upper and lower levels as well as existing cores.

A key aspect of the project is the removal of the current façade, which aims to futureproof the building and enhance its connection with the local architectural style. The hotel will encompass various amenities, including a restaurant, bar, gym, and spa facilities, as well as cycle parking.

We are acting as the BREEAM assessors on the project, which aims to achieve a BREEAM Outstanding rating with a minimum score of 85%. We are assisting the design team in navigating the integration of new construction elements with existing ones to achieve the highest rating possible.
