Great Eastern Quays, London

The two phases of the Great Eastern Quays residential mixed-use development that includes 350 homes in Phase 1 and +200 homes in Phase 2. A mix of retail and commercial units are also being provided at street level.

We were appointed by Vistry / Galliford Try to provide a comprehensive range of sustainability services to assist with meeting the project’s sustainability  compliance requirements.

Being substantial in size, this project demanded meticulous and proactive management to ensure smooth integration of all sustainability components in order to meet the stringent criteria established by Notting Hill Genesis and the local authority.

Given the location in London, compliance with the GLA London Plan requirements for carbon dioxide performance, using of district CHP, was crucial.

We played a vital role in assisting the contractor in accurately measuring and reporting emissions, thereby fulfilling the necessary obligations.
