Facilities to include; 142 bedrooms (comprising a mix of DDA, standard and executive rooms, suites, and apartments), bar and restaurant space along with private dining, conference space, and a gym/fitness center along with hard and soft landscaping providing 96 parking spaces including electrical vehicle charging points and improved ecological habitat.
