- We strive for the highest quality work.
- As a team, we are each other’s biggest supporters and assets.
- We never stop learning.
- We lead with our expertise and experience.
Our offices are based right in the heart of Bristol with some requirements to travel, depending on our projects.
What can we offer you?
A very competitive and negotiable salary based on experience plus some other points we think are important:
- Flexible, hybrid working – we treat all of our staff like adults and will agree a flexible approach that supports your skill-set development and personal circumstances. Currently our team ranges from five days a week in the office through to five days a week remotely.
- Flexible hours to suit. We work 37.5 hours per week and we can accommodate part time roles.
- Annual salary and regular progress reviews to make sure everyone is happy.
- Accessible senior management team who encourage ideas and discussions.
- Standard 23 days annual leave, with UK bank holidays on top. Leave allowance increases after 2 years’ service and the ability to “buy back” up to another five days holiday per year.
- A clear personal development strategy – we want everyone to eventually be multi-skilled consultants, able to work across a range of services rather than being pigeon-holed in a single area (providing that’s what you want).
- Workplace pension scheme with Royal London allowing you to control your own pension.
- Company cycle scheme in place to encourage sustainable travel and office provided bike for quick sustainable trips to the shops.
- Shower rooms fitted in the office.
- A fantastic office location – we are in a converted Brunel warehouse, powered by PVs and next to the water on Bristol Harbour.
- A highly professional, but also fun and sociable working environment.
- Somewhere you can feel proud to work, and feel you are making a difference.
On top of all that, we are a progressive, friendly company that listens to what you have to say and does our best to act on it.
