OUR PROFESSIONAL ASSESSORS CAN PRODUCE ACCURATE THERMAL MODELS AND DAYLIGHT OR SUNLIGHT CALCULATIONS AND TO ASSIST WITH BUILDING REGULATIONS, PLANNING CONDITIONS AND ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENTS.

Daylight calculations are produced to determine the amount of natural light that will enter a room. These take into consideration the amount of glazing, room characteristics and the effects of neighbouring buildings and obstructions. Our calculations are fully compliant with the requirements of Code for Sustainable Homes and BREEAM.
Thermal Modelling aims to minimise the requirement for active mechanical systems (such as heating, cooling, ventilation) whilst still maintaining adequate internal comfort conditions throughout the daily and annual cyclic weather conditions in any given location. Analysis methodologies can include CIBSE TM52, BB 101 for education or bespoke criteria to meet the needs of the client.
