SAP, IES, EPC & Part L

Sustainable Construction Services has experienced SAP and IES assessors to produce the calculations you need to comply with the requirements of Part L of the Building Regulations for any type of property.

An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is required at the point of handover whenever a property is sold, leased or built. It rates a building’s CO2 emissions on a scale of A to G. Whether you are building a house, flat, non-domestic property or building a large extension, Sustainable Construction Services can help you to comply.
From April 2018, no property can be sold or let if it does not achieve at least an E rating. We have already been helping clients achieve better EPC ratings by more accurately modelling their buildings which have helped them avoid expensive and unnecessary equipment upgrades.

Sustainable Construction Services are fast and efficient in providing you with the necessary answers at both the “Design” and “As Built” stages, which you will need to achieve consent from either your local Planning Authority or Building Control. The same models can also be used to generate an EPC or contribute towards an Energy Statement or Renewable Energy Feasibility Study.
If you refurbishing a property and need advice on Part L of the Building Regulations our Low Carbon Consultants and Chartered Building Services Engineers are also here to help.
Not only do we take away the hassle of getting your properties rated quickly and cost effectively, we can also help you improve your building’s energy efficiency and reduce its CO2 emissions and fuel use.
