Assembly Office Development, Bristol

The project consists in the new  construction office buildings located in Temple Way, Bristol.

Building B is a seven storey office block with the ground floor set back to allow access to the riverside, and on completion will offer 2500sqm of office space.

Building C is the tallest of the three buildings at Assembly, and will be the next to start on site. At 14 storeys this tower will create around 8250sqm of office space.

Both buildings were required to achieve BREEAM Excellent.

Sustaianble Construction Services were involved as BREEAM Assessor and BREEAM AP On Site Management in the project at construction stage as part of the contractor team.

Being independent of the original design stage, as part of our scope of work was ensure that the BREEAM Design Stage  Assessment was completed up to a satisfactory level and determined any gaps between the tendered design and targeted score by the previous BREEAM Assessor appointed in the project.

Both projects have been certified at Design Stage with an Excellent rating
